索性 — simply, just go ahead and

How it works
索性 marks a decision to stop half-measures and take the thorough option: "might as well just…". Something has already gone wrong or stalled, so the speaker commits fully.
Examples
反正睡不着，索性起来看书。
Fǎnzhèng shuì bu zháo, suǒxìng qǐlái kàn shū.
I couldn't sleep anyway, so I just got up and read.
等太久了，我们索性走吧。
Děng tài jiǔ le, wǒmen suǒxìng zǒu ba.
We've waited too long — let's just leave.
