How it works
States that the outcome (B) holds across every possibility in the condition. The condition after 无论/不管 must express a range of options — typically a question word, an 'A还是B' choice, or a 'V不V' form — and 都 or 也 completes it. 无论 is a touch more formal than 不管.
Examples
无论多难，我都不会放弃。
Wúlùn duō nán, wǒ dōu bú huì fàngqì.
No matter how hard it is, I won't give up.
不管你去不去，我都要去。
Bùguǎn nǐ qù bu qù, wǒ dōu yào qù.
Whether you go or not, I'm going.
