How it works
什么X不X的 brushes off a word someone has just used or a concern being raised, treating it as not worth mentioning: "never mind about being X / don't give me that 'X' business." X repeats the word being waved away.
Examples
什么累不累的，这点活儿算什么。
Shénme lèi bú lèi de, zhè diǎn huór suàn shénme.
Never mind about being tired — this bit of work is nothing.
都是一家人，什么客气不客气的。
Dōu shì yìjiā rén, shénme kèqi bú kèqi de.
We're all family — never mind all this politeness.
