可不是
可不是 — exactly, isn't it just
Pattern
( ) can be left out · other words may come before, between and after
How it works
可不是 is a spoken agreement token: the speaker endorses what the other person just said, often with feeling. Despite the 不 it is not a negation — it means "how could it not be so".
Examples
今天真冷。可不是吗!
Jīntiān zhēn lěng. Kěbushì ma!
It's really cold today. — Isn't it just!
可不是,我也这么觉得。
Kěbushì, wǒ yě zhème juéde.
Exactly — that's what I think too.
