How it works
Written Chinese uses 有着 for something held or possessed over time — 两国之间有着长期的友好关系. The second frame attaches 有 behind another verb to say a thing is inscribed or carried on a surface: 书上写有他的名字, 发票上列有商品的名称. Both belong to formal writing; speech says plain 有 or rewrites with 是.
