不…也… — even without …, still …

How it works
不 A 也 B says B holds even without A happening — "even if not A, still B". The first part names a step that turns out unnecessary, and 也 shows the result comes anyway.
Examples
你不说我也知道。
Nǐ bù shuō wǒ yě zhīdào.
Even if you don't say it, I still know.
这点小事，不问也明白。
Zhè diǎn xiǎo shì, bú wèn yě míngbai.
Such a small thing — you understand it even without asking.
不看说明书，我也会用。
Bú kàn shuōmíngshū, wǒ yě huì yòng.
I can use it even without reading the manual.
