How it works
Repeating 也 before two parallel verbs or adjectives lists them together — "both … and …". With negatives (也不…也不) it means "neither … nor".
Examples
他也会说英语，也会说法语。
Tā yě huì shuō Yīngyǔ, yě huì shuō Fǎyǔ.
He can speak both English and French.
这里也不冷也不热。
Zhèlǐ yě bù lěng yě bú rè.
It's neither cold nor hot here.
他也喜欢音乐，也喜欢运动。
Tā yě xǐhuan yīnyuè, yě xǐhuan yùndòng.
He likes both music and sports.
