V什么（就）是什么 — whatever V-s is exactly what counts

How it works
Repeating a verb with 什么…(就)是什么 says the outcome is taken exactly as the action gives it, with no dispute — "whatever one V-s is what it is". 说什么是什么 = one's word is final.
Examples
老板说什么就是什么，谁也不敢反对。
Lǎobǎn shuō shénme jiù shì shénme, shéi yě bù gǎn fǎnduì.
Whatever the boss says goes; no one dares object.
抽到什么是什么，别挑了。
Chōu dào shénme shì shénme, bié tiāo le.
Whatever you draw is what you get — no picking.
秤上称多少就是多少。
Chèng shàng chēng duōshao jiù shì duōshao.
Whatever the scale weighs is exactly the amount.
