那倒（也）是 — that's true, actually (concession)

How it works
那倒也是 is a set conversational reply that concedes the other person has a point — "that's true, actually", "come to think of it, you're right". 倒 signals the shift to agreement.
Examples
——现在去太晚了。——那倒也是。
—Xiànzài qù tài wǎn le. —Nà dào yě shì.
—It's too late to go now. —That's true, actually.
你说得对，那倒是。
Nǐ shuō de duì, nà dào shì.
You're right, that's fair.
