How it works
Repeating a measure word (个个, 条条) or a time noun (天天, 年年) means "every one" / "each". It often pairs with 都 to stress that this holds for all of them.
Examples
这些苹果个个都很甜。
Zhèxiē píngguǒ gègè dōu hěn tián.
Every one of these apples is sweet.
他天天都去跑步。
Tā tiāntiān dōu qù pǎobù.
He goes running every day.
我们班的学生人人都很努力。
Wǒmen bān de xuésheng rénrén dōu hěn nǔlì.
Every student in our class works hard.
