How it works
好你个… is a spoken exclamation of mock indignation or teasing blame — "why, you …!", "so that's your game, you …!". It is followed by what the person did.
Examples
好你个小王，居然骗我！
Hǎo nǐ ge Xiǎo Wáng, jūrán piàn wǒ!
Why, you, Xiao Wang — you actually tricked me!
好你个懒家伙，又睡到中午。
Hǎo nǐ ge lǎn jiāhuo, yòu shuì dào zhōngwǔ.
You lazybones, sleeping till noon again!
好你个老李，这事儿也瞒着我。
Hǎo nǐ ge Lǎo Lǐ, zhè shìr yě mán zhe wǒ.
